Born & raised in Fresno and now raising a family in Madera, Timothy M. Flores Jr. is a proud Central Valley native, husband, father of five, and homeowner who embodies the heart of servant leadership in everything he does. A Fresno State graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Real Estate and Urban Land Economics—and a Certificate in Organizational Management, Timothy brings a rare combination of education, hands-on construction experience, and community passion to every real estate transaction.
Before joining Western Pioneer Real Estate, Timothy worked across multiple trades—from construction and design to teaching and community outreach—giving him a true 360° understanding of how homes are built, valued, and lived in. His diverse skill set allows him to guide clients through every step of the process, whether buying their first home, selling an investment, or building their dream property from the ground up.
